Lake Noquebay Wildlife Area

Lake Noquebay Wildlife Area in northern Marinette County spans 1,300 acres, featuring shoreline, open sedge meadows, wetlands, and forested uplands. Upper Inlet Creek runs through the area, flowing into Lake Noquebay.
This diverse habitat is home to deer, bear, grouse, woodcock, and over 140 bird species. A gated snowmobile trail, open to hikers year-round, winds nearly 2 miles into the woods, while kayakers and canoers can paddle Upper Inlet Creek to the lake. Find the entrance off Right of Way Road, across from County Forest Road 801.
