Red Cedar State Trail

The Red Cedar State Trail stretches 14.5 miles through the scenic Red Cedar Valley, following an old rail line from Menomonie to its connection with the Chippewa River State Trail. Winding past the communities of Irvington and Downsville, it also cuts through the Dunnville State Wildlife Area. Along the way, travelers will encounter prairies, marshlands, forests, and farmland, all framed by towering sandstone bluffs and unique rock formations.
