This short but sweet .75-mile paved route in Portage hugs the historic Portage Canal and leads straight to one of Wisconsin’s oldest gems—the Old Indian Agency House, built in 1832 and still standing proud. R-69 is more than a road; it’s a mellow cruise through time.
