Rustic Road R-104 – Marquette & Columbia Counties

This 2.8-mile paved route rolls through the scenic hills and valleys of southeast Wisconsin, bordered by thick hardwood forests and towering old cottonwoods. Along 14th Road and Barry Rd —between County O and County CM—you’ll spot charming, century-old farmsteads, remnant prairie patches, and plenty of wildlife if you’re rolling slow and soaking it in.

R-104 also hooks you up with access to the French Creek Wildlife Area, making it a solid stop for nature lovers, backroad cruisers, and anyone chasing that perfect mellow Midwest moment.
