Gandy Dancer State Trail

The Gandy Dancer State Trail runs through northwest Wisconsin, offering 77 miles of scenic recreation. The southern segment (St. Croix Falls to Danbury) is ideal for biking, hiking, and walking on crushed limestone. The northern segment (Danbury to Superior) allows ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles seasonally. Snowmobiling is popular in winter, and wildlife viewing, fishing, and horseback riding are also enjoyed along the route. A trail pass is required for biking and horseback riding on the southern section. The trail connects charming towns and natural beauty, making it a year-round favorite for outdoor lovers.
